STEWARD AND F &B

OFFICE BOY/ GIRL

The Office Boy/Girl is responsible for performing routine clerical and support tasks to assist with the smooth functioning of the office. Duties include serving refreshments, handling basic cleaning tasks, running errands and supporting administrative staff as needed.

KITCHEN HELPER

The Kitchen Helper assists chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation, cleaning, and organization. This role is essential for maintaining a clean, safe and efficient kitchen environment and ensuring the smooth operation of food service.

DEEP CLEANING

The Deep Cleaning Staff are responsible for performing thorough and detailed cleaning tasks beyond regular daily maintenance. This includes cleaning hard-to-reach areas, sanitizing surfaces, and ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in all assigned areas such as offices, hotels, hospitals, kitchens or restrooms.

MOVE IN &OUT CLEANING

The Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning Specialist is responsible for performing detailed and thorough cleaning of residential or commercial properties before new tenants or owners take occupancy or after they vacate. This role ensures that the property is spotless, sanitised and ready for inspection or occupancy.

PART TIME AND FULL TIME CLEANING

The Cleaning Staff are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas. Whether working part-time or full-time, this role involves routine cleaning, sanitation and upkeep to ensure a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for all occupants and visitors.

PUBLIC AREA CLEANING

The Public Area Cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation in all public spaces of the facility. This includes lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, staircases, and other common areas, ensuring a clean, welcoming, and safe environment for guests, visitors, and staff.

POST CONSTRUCTION CLEANING

The Post-Construction Cleaner is responsible for performing a thorough and detailed cleaning of newly built or renovated buildings. This role ensures the property is free from construction dust, debris, and residue, making it clean, safe, and ready for occupancy or final inspection.

CONSTRUCTION HELPER

The Construction Helper assists skilled tradespeople and site supervisors by performing a variety of basic construction tasks. These include loading and unloading materials, preparing job sites, operating basic tools, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

PAINTING

The Painter is responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing interior and exterior surfaces of buildings and other structures. This role ensures high-quality work and visual appeal by applying paints, stains, varnishes, and other finishes in accordance with job specifications and safety standards.

AC MAINTENANCE

The AC Maintenance Technician is responsible for installing, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning and HVAC systems. This role ensures systems operate efficiently and safely, providing a comfortable environment for residential, commercial, or industrial properties.

FLOORING

The Flooring Technician is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of flooring in residential, commercial, or industrial settings. This includes materials such as tile, vinyl, laminate, hardwood, carpet, and epoxy coatings.

CARPENTRY WORK

The Carpenter is responsible for constructing, installing, repairing, and maintaining wooden structures and fixtures. This includes work on frameworks, partitions, furniture, doors, windows, cabinets, and other building components.

FACADE AND WINDOW CLEANING

The Facade and Window Cleaner is responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of external building surfaces and windows, ensuring a polished and professional appearance.

CARPET SHAMPOOING AND MARBLE POLISHING

The Carpet Shampooing Technician and Marble Polishing is responsible for deep cleaning carpets using specialized equipment and cleaning agents.
